Investigación

Sus trabajos de investigación se centran principalmente en la tecnología agraria, especialmente recolección y pos-recolección. Es revisora habitual de varias revistas internacionales JCR. Ha dirigido dos tesis doctorales, nueve tesinas de Máster y veintinueve trabajos final de título. Ha participado en dieciséis proyectos competitivos, nacionales e internacionales,  veintidós publicaciones JCR y cincuenta congresos tanto nacionales como internacionales. Es secretaria de la Sociedad Española de Agroingeniería (www.agroingenieria.es).
